If you've found a lower weekly price for a comparable room at a nearby professionally managed student accommodation, let us know before you book. If it meets our eligibility criteria, we'll match the price so you can book with confidence.

How it Works
- Find a lower advertised weekly price for a comparable room.
- Submit a Price Match request before booking.
- Our team will review your evidence.
- If approved, we'll match the price.
- Complete your booking within 48 hours to secure your matched rate.
Eligibility
To qualify for a Price Match Guarantee:
- The competitor property must be within 2 miles of the participating property.
- The room must be a comparable room type, contract length and standard at a professionally managed student accommodation, available to book directly for the same academic year.
- The advertised rate must be publicly available to all students.
Evidence Required
Please provide:
- A screenshot of the competitor's advertised price (taken within the last 48 hours)
- Screenshot should show: Room type, Weekly rent, Contract length, Website URL (where available)
Exclusions
The Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (including cashback, vouchers, referral incentives and flash sales), agent or exclusive discounts. Matched rates are subject to approval.
