The minimum tenancy length required to qualify is 51weeks.
Resident will be eligible to receive the NX Bus Pass once they have checked in and either paid in full or made the first instalment payment in September 2026.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from check-in for Bus Pass processing.
This offer is non-transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive promotion.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Only one bus pass will be issued per eligible booking.
If you terminate your tenancy before the contractual end date, you may be liable to reimburse the full cost of the bus pass. This is subjected to the property’s approval.
