Tenancy term lengths vary by property ranging from 39-weeks to 51-weeks. Available tenancy lengths for each property are listed on the individual property pages on our website. This promotion applies only to the tenancy lengths available for that property and is valid on tenancy terms of at least 39 weeks, where such terms are offered.

Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher. You will be eligible to receive the voucher once you have checked in and either paid in full or made your first instalment payment.

Please allow up to 12 weeks from check‑in for voucher processing.

This offer is non‑transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.

This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.
