• The booking must be made within the promotional period: 27/03/2026-30/04/2026 .
• The promo code Leeds300 must be entered at the time of booking.
• A minimum tenancy length of 40 weeks is required to qualify.
• Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher. You will be eligible to receive the voucher once you have checked in and either paid in full or made your first instalment payment.
• Please allow up to 12 weeks from check‑in for voucher processing.
• This offer is non‑transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.
• This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
