This offer is valid only for new customer who are booking for AY2026/27 in the Ensuite room at 51 weeks tenancy.  

The promo code HAMPTON150 must be entered at the time of booking to qualify.  

Eligible residents may choose one of the following incentives:  

Three-month free NX Bus Pass, or  

£150 cashback  

A minimum tenancy length of 51 weeks is required to be eligible for this offer.  

Residents selecting the NX Bus Pass will receive it after check‑in, once they have paid in full or made their first instalment payment in September 2026.  

Please allow up to 8 weeks from the check‑in date for Bus Pass processing.  

Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher.  

Please allow up to 12 weeks from the check‑in date for cashback processing.  

This offer is non‑transferable. For double‑occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will be eligible to receive the incentive.  

This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers.  

If a booking is cancelled and replaced, the incentive will be void.  

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated; however, it may be used in combination with the Refer‑a‑Friend promotion.
