This offer is applicable to the following properties,

• Huddersfield - Saw Mill, Snow Island, Firth Point
• Plymouth - Discovery Heights, Central Point, Alexandra Works, St Thomas Court, St Teresa House
• Sheffield - Central Quay

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is applicable to residents who are on a 43 or 44 or 51 week contract in 2022/23 and rebooked the same room for 2023/24.
• The ‘free summer storage period’ will run from when the resident’s current contract ends to the 2023/24 contract start date.
• The free summer storage is for the belongings of the resident living at the Capitol Students property. You cannot store belongings on behalf of another person.
• You cannot occupy the room over the summer storage period and must hand over all keys at the end of the 2022/23 tenancy. Capitol Students reserve the right to access the room in a case of a planned maintenance, in an emergency and at the discretion of the management.
• This offer is non-transferable. In the event that you cancel the booking for 2023/24, this offer will be void. You must remove all items within 48 hours otherwise the items will be donated to our chosen charity.
• All items must be placed in boxes, sealed and correctly labelled.
• Capitol Students are not responsible for items left in storage.

£250 Rebookers Cashback

Stay with us again for 2023/24 and book before 1st January 2023 to receive a £250 cashback.

Terms & Conditions:

• When you make a 2023/24 booking, the ‘Source of Booking’ must state that you are a ‘Returner/Already live here’.
• You must create a new booking for 2023/24 after 14 November 2022 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 44 weeks.
• You must have lived at any Capitol Students' property in 2022/23 and the tenancy length must be for a minimum of 34 weeks.
• The cashback will be paid out when you have checked in for 2023/24 and you have paid your first instalment or paid in full for the entire year
• The cashback will be issued no later than 1 January 2024 in the form of a bank transfer or a pre-paid card.
• If there are any unforeseen operational issues that result in the inability to dispatch the pre-paid cards, we will notify you with an estimated date of delivery. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods.

This offer is not valid for any bookings referred via nominations agreements or agents. There is limited availability of the offer and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
