The following promotions are valid for direct bookings in Academic Year 2026/27 only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

How to Claim
Email the property team the following information of each member of the group:
Full Name
Email Address
Contact No.
This offer is valid only for new bookings for AY2026/27.
Each booking must be for a minimum tenancy length of 40 weeks.
A minimum of three individual bookings is required to qualify as a group booking.
Cashback will be issued as a voucher.
You will be eligible to receive the voucher once you and your friends have checked in and have either:
Paid in full, or
Made your first installment payment.
Please note: voucher processing may take up to 12 weeks from check-in.
This offer is non-transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.
The offer does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel and arrange a replacement, the cashback becomes void.
This offer is available only to customers who book directly with Student Castle or Capitol Students, and not through any other third-party agent.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
The property reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
